As a family-friendly resort, Sunny Hill Resort has many options for accommodating family vacations. Our two Homestead suites each sleep six and can be rented together to allow for groups of up to twelve to vacation together. Our motels also offer large rooms and common areas where a group can spend time together.
Sometimes, you want to be near one another, but also want the option for privacy. The Edmonton Combo contains six two-bedroom units, accommodating up to four per unit. The building also features a separate lounge area and a large gazebo, both with tables and chairs. These spaces are available for game nights, group activities or family gatherings. The Edmonton is perfect for your family vacation in the Catskills.
Larger families may also be interested in The Fairway Lodge or The Cottage, which are free-standing homes that sleep up to six people. We also offer smaller family accommodations and rooms perfect for couples.
Suites & Accommodations for Family Vacations
The Arendal offers eight spacious units. Each unit features 2 queen-sized beds, an additional vanity and dressing area, and a refrigerator. You’ll find spectacular mountain views from the front deck.
The Austland contains ten newly renovated rooms. Each room has 2 queen-size beds, a mini refrigerator and sliding glass doors that open to a large balcony. Laundry facilities and workout room are available. Centrally located with mountain and resort views.
Each suite has a bedroom with 2 Queen beds, plus a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The two suites can also be combined to sleep up to 12 people.
The Country Squire Motel has four units that each feature two queen-sized beds, a refrigerator and remarkable views of the Catskills.
There are six (6) two-bedroom units in the Edmonton with adjoining or connecting doors so that families can be together - yet still enjoy some privacy. Each connecting room features 1 queen bed and bathroom.
The Parkchester features 20 large rooms, each with two queen beds, space for cots/cribs, plus a mini-refrigerator, separate vanity and bathroom areas.
